TOWNS PICKS UP TWO LOBBYING CLIENTS: Former Rep. Edolphus Towns has registered two new lobbying clients, according to documents filed this week. Towns - the former chairman of the House Oversight Committee - will be lobbying for Comcast and Deloitte Consulting , according to new lobbying registrations.
