Hagan talks voting rights with NC black Baptists

Democratic U.S. Sen. Kay Hagan says she's at the vanguard for protecting the rights of North Carolina voters while Republican challenger Thom Tillis and his allies put up barriers to casting ballots. Hagan pressed her case for re-election before a meeting Wednesday of the General Baptist State Convention conference.
