Arciero, Garry benefit from Speaker's generosity

House Speaker Robert DeLeo's political action committee, bankrolled by scores of unions, lobbyists and current and former lawmakers, has funneled $14,000 to 15 Democratic incumbents and 13 candidates challenging incumbent Republicans or vying for open legislative seats, according to campaign finance records.
