Rubio, a first-term senator, will join gubernatorial candidate Walt Havenstein for a business tour in Nashua today then attend a private fundraiser with congressional candidate Marilinda Garcia in Amherst. Rubio held a foreign policy-themed event with U.S. Senate candidate Scott Brown several weeks ago.
