So far, the Ebola virus that has killed more than 9,000 people in West Africa has only sickened two nurses and now a doctor in the United States. But that hasn't stopped Republican and Democratic lawmakers from squabbling over everything from sealing the borders to providing more funding for the National Institutes of Health.
