Ron Dermer, the Israeli ambassador to the United States, sparked a bit of social media backlash with a Super Bowl tweet that was obviously aimed at the latest President Obama-Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu tiff - the one where the Jewish leader sidestepped perceived protocols and accepted an invitation from Speaker John Boehner to address Congress. Mr. Obama will not meet with Mr. Netanyahu when he speaks before Congress, citing long-standing White House policies to not meet with foreign leaders who are about to face a re-election.
