Homeland Security funding still uncertain

Homeland Security has been refunded for a week, but only for a week as majority Republicans try to figure out a way to defund the President's executive order on Immigration, without bringing the whole department to a grinding halt. A Republican stopgap funding bill backed by John Boehner came up short, handing the Speaker an embarrassing loss, when the far right wing of his own party refused to back his play.
