PNP seizes P23M

AT LEAST 88 cases involving illegal drugs in Central Visayas were dismissed since 2002 because of technicalities, data from the Police Regional Office 7 showed. Failure to comply with the "custody, inventory and disposition of seized dangerous drugs and paraphernalia" was a common reason for the dismissals.
