South Kitsap School District top district for scholarship program

Gov. Jay Inslee sent a letter Feb. 13, acknowledging South Kitsap School District's success in signing up students for the College Bound Scholarship program. The scholarship, which provides financial assistance to low-income students who want to achieve the dream of college education, continues to impact the lives of Washington students and families.
