New Bedford Housing Authority wins $492K HUD tenant self-sufficiency grant

NEW BEDFORD - The New Bedford Housing Authority is celebrating a $492,000 grant from HUD for programs to promote jobs and self-sufficiency for tenants. Fall River also received a grant for $226,000 for the same program, the so-called ROSS program: Resident Opportunities and Self-sufficiency.
