Irondale redevelopment plans worry long-time residents

Letters were delivered to nearly 100 homes in Roebuck Plaza informing residents about developers' interest in their properties. Hilda Parker has lived in her modest house on a leafy street in Irondale since 1968, but a letter that arrived in the mail several weeks ago has her worried that her quiet life is about to be uprooted.
