In California, candidates work ground game in final stretch

Rep. Ami Bera and his GOP challenger, former Rep. Doug Ose haven't pulled any punches in their bitter fight. It's hard to imagine an increase in the intense barrage of television attack ads aired one after the other on all channels in the Sacramento media market, but according to one GOP source, there's "not enough tape" to record the final week's advertisements set to air.
