Quest for the Perfect Cup of Coffee--Finally fulfilled

I admit that I have been partial to Starbucks' Pumpkin Spice Soy Lattes this time of year, but now that Starbucks has teamed up with Monsanto, that latte seems much less appetizing. What's a girl to do? Not that I bought that much Starbucks coffee before, it's pricey.
