Russia: Navy Tests a NewIntercontinental Missile, Officials Say

The Russian Navy has successfully test-fired a new intercontinental ballistic missile for a second time in recent months, proving its reliability after decades of failures, the Defense Ministry said Friday. The nuclear submarine Aleksandr Nevsky test-fired a Bulava missile from an underwater position in the Barents Sea, the ministry said.
