Arkansas Senate rivals trade out-of-touch claims

The multimillion-dollar and nationally watched race between Democratic U.S. Sen. Mark Pryor and Republican challenger U.S. Rep. Tom Cotton has turned into a test of which candidate can paint the other as out of touch with Arkansas. Cotton, a freshman congressman for southern Arkansas, repeatedly lobs that claim against Pryor as he tries to link the incumbent to a president who remains deeply unpopular.
