9th District candidates stick to scripts in final campaign days

CHAMBERSBURG >> The contest for Pennsylvania's 9th Congressional District is playing out with neither candidate departing from their scripted images. Alanna Hartzok, D-Fayetteville, has painted incumbent U.S. Rep. Bill Shuster, R-Hollidaysburg, as a successful Washington politician who gets 88 percent of his campaign money from outside the district.
