White House prepares drone policy for federal agencies

President Obama is preparing a new executive order that would require federal agencies and departments to detail the size and scope of their domestic drone fleets, and how they use the data collected by the unmanned planes. The order, reported by the Washington Post , would require federal agencies to turn over information about when they use drones to fly over the U.S. Currently, most federal agencies refuse to reveal information about how often and when they use the unmanned planes, or what purpose they serve.
