McCain Rips Obama for Blaming ISIS Oversight on Intel Community

In an appearance on CNN's "New Day" on Monday, Sen. John McCain reacted to remarks from President Barack Obama that aired a day earlier on CBS in which the president blamed the intelligence community for missing the threat of ISIS. "I'm just puzzled by the president, some of his statements, for example, he left behind a stable Iraq, all of that," McCain said.
