Politicians can be fast with the truth

Re "Ami Bera omits some facts in first campaign ad" : "Rep. Ami Bera of Elk Grove's second TV ad of the race ups the ante by attacking Republican rival Doug Ose on the subject of his personal wealth." His commercial indicating that Ose voted to loosen controls on banks is correct but doesn't mention that 80 percent of both parties in both houses also voted to pass the bill which was signed into law by Bill Clinton in 1999.
