RIDGEWOOD - Congressman Scott Garrett's claim that he has been "leading the effort in Washington" to help victims of Sandy receive the money they desperately need is "the height of hypocrisy," according to his challenger, Roy Cho . The Democratic candidate slammed the Tea Party darling for distributing a mailing to Bergen County residents under the heading, "Scott Garrett worked to bring immediate relief to Sandy victims."
