The Federal Aviation Administration says Chicago's airports are nearing normal activity after a fire at an air traffic control center last week brought flights to a halt. The FAA said Tuesday morning that data through midnight showed air traffic flow at O'Hare International Airport was at more than 80 percent of last Monday.
