James Anthony Traficant, Jr., the former Democratic congressman from Ohio known for his colorful clothes and hair, and anti-establishment stance, died Saturday. He was 73. Traficant died from injuries he sustained after a tractor he was driving at his daughter's farm tipped over on him in Green Township, Ohio.
