Bike-sharing expanding to Oak Park, Evanston

Gov. Pat Quinn said Sunday that the state will invest $3 million to help add 700 Divvy bikes and 70 docking stations in Evanston, Oak Park and more Chicago neighborhoods next year. The cities each will contribute a combined $750,000 toward the expansion.
