Walker says right-to-work will help presidential bid

LEARFIELD, Wis After he spent months calling it a distraction, Governor Scott Walker now says approval of a right-to-work bill would help his potential presidential campaign. At the National Governors Association meeting in Washington during the weekend, the Republican Walker said it will show that he leads a state with "proven problem-solvers."
