Live music, a silent auction and appetizers from A Taste of Heaven Catering will all be a part of this special night to raise money for the Veterans Art Center, 307 S. 12th St. Jessica Coulter's Hearts Under Grace For Veterans event will be from 58 p.m. and includes live entertainment from Darin Pace and FuzeBox 95 and a silent auction with items such as a stay at Wine Country Inn and autographed paraphernalia from NASCAR driver Martin Treux Jr. Donna Fullerton, a local artist and U.S. Marine Corps veteran , will open a solo exhibit titled "Colorful Musings" with a reception from 68 p.m. at the Veterans Art Center, 307 S. 12th St. Across the country, children will read Dr. Seuss classics as part of the National Education Association's special day highlighting the importance of reading.
