Siouxland community still waiting on $1.4 million in flood relief funds from 2011

The South Sioux City government submitted their millions worth of disaster claims three years ago and now, in 2014, they're still waiting for $1.4 million. NEMA and the city both contribute 12.4 percent towards the flood damages, and the federal government makes up the rest.
