Fifty-three years after the United States cut off all ties with the island nation of Cuba, President Barack Obama has made a bold move to reconnect with our small southern neighbor. Whether the move will prove a boon or a bust to the president's legacy is difficult to gauge, and ultimately less important than the fact he is doing something that none of nine predecessors were willing to do: Try something different.
