Supreme Court sides with Kansas in water dispute

Southern California's Metrolink commuter service says one of its trains on the Ventura County run to Los Angeles has struck a truck that was on the tracks in the city of Oxnard. By The Associated Press A wide swath of the country is expecting more winter precipitation that forecasters warn could lead to dangerous road conditions during the Tuesday morning commute.
