In his final run at Daytona, Jeff Gordon led the field for 87 of the race's 200 laps, but it was Joey Logano who sat atop the pack as the checkered flag waved on Sunday. Logano became the second youngest champion in Daytona 500 history after taking the lead with nine laps to go, and a crash on the final lap allowed him to hold off Kevin Harvick and Dale Earnhardt Jr. and earn the first restrictor-plate victory of his career.
