Former Gov. Strickland to run for US Senate 15 minutes

Former Gov. Ted Strickland has officially entered the race for U.S. Senate, ending weeks of speculation over the 2016 race. He's the second Democrat in the field, following Cincinnati City Councilman P.G. Sittenfeld's announcement last month.
