Dr. Ben Carson's political team has hired two national fundraisers ahead of a potential run for president in 2016. Carson's campaign manager, Texas-based Terry Giles, announced Wednesday that Jeff Reeter, a Houston businessman, will serve as national finance chairman should Carson take the presidential plunge.
