When Congressman Chris Stewart, R-Utah, says "We don't want any more wilderness," who does he mean by "we"? I live in Stewart's gerrymandered district, and personally I would like to see about 9 million acres of Utah public lands added to the National Wilderness Preservation System. The 2013 "State of Utah Outdoor Recreation Vision" written by the Governor's Council on Balanced Resources cites the 2009 Washington County Land Bill as exemplary legislation.
