William McCulloch knew the art of political compromise served the people: Thomas Suddes

U.S. House Speaker John Boehner of Ohio speaks on July 2, 2009, when Piqua, Ohio's downtown square was renamed William Moore McCulloch Square, in honor of the late congressman who played a critical role in passage of the 1964 Civil Rights Act 45 years earlier. Boehner now holds the congressional seat.
