Florida Developer Will Ask FAA To Raise St. Pete Height Cap

The FAA currently restricts building in the city of St. Petersburg, FL to 400 feet in height, but one developer in the region plans to petition the agency to raise that limit. The Tampa Bay Business Journal relays a report from the Tampa Bay Times that identifies the Kolter Group as the developer that will explore the request.
