Is Commander in Chief Obama Delusional or Lying About Afghanistan?

Commander in Chief Barack Obama addressed United States Marines in Hawaii late on Christmas afternoon. Obama bragged that he is ending the War in Afghanistan and Afghanistan will never again be a place from which Terrorists can strike out against others.
