A Southbridge man charged with threatening to kill a state lawmaker and his wife has been released on personal recognizance. Jerome Sciesniewski was also ordered by a judge Wednesday to stay away from state Rep. Ryan Fattman and his wife and to undergo a mental health evaluation.
