The Fifth District Court of Appeals has affirmed a decision by Guernsey County Common Pleas Court Judge David A. Ellwood to dismiss the lawsuit filed by Pine Tree Towing and Recovery Inc. and owner Ronald Myers against the Guernsey County Sheriff's Office. The court ruled the documents were properly provided to Pine Tree Towing and Recovery Inc. and Myers, and within a "reasonable period of time," which is not defined by the Ohio Revised Code.
