Chelsea Clinton gives birth to baby girl

Two 14-year-old boys went on a vandalism spree that included trashing a restaurant and ransacking a cranberry warehouse, causing more than $100,000 in damage, Wood County Sheriff Thomas Reichert said Friday. The teenagers told investigators they were drinking at the time, the sheriff said.
