Blinken: U.S. military, Arab allies to foster Syrian rebels

The United States and its Arab allies will continue to foster rebel fighters in Syria to oust Islamic extremists and President Bashar Assad, Deputy National Security Adviser Tony Blinken said on Sunday. Blinken applauded the airstrikes in Syria by the U.S., with the help of Saudi Arabia, Jordan and the United Arab Emirates.
