NEW DELHI: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Thursday hit out at PM Narendra Modi saying that he has 'fooled' the nation on the issue of black money stashed in foreign accounts. Speaking at a rally in Dehli's Seelampur, Rahul said that the PM misused public money to get himself Rs 10 lakh suit during US President Barack Obama's India visit.
