Kennewick Neighbors Annoyed with Drone Flying Over Their Backyards

If you want to fly your drone in your neighborhood, you technically can, but you might make some neighbors unhappy. Neighbors say for months they have dealt with a neighbor flying a drone over their backyards, and some are even claim he is recording, but that is still under investigation.
