Brothers retire after long careers with Corps

Brothers Bobby and Billy Stokes have a combined total of 80 years of service with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Vicksburg. WLBT-TV reports that the Stokes brothers are retiring from the River Operations Branch of the Corps' Vicksburg district.
