A Pennsylvania school district didn't violate the constitutional rights of a disabled 12-year-old student who broke one of his legs during a school bus evacuation drill, a federal appeals court has ruled. The ruling, issued by the Third Circuit Court of Appeals this week, backed a decision by U.S. Middle District Judge Robert D. Mariani to free the North Pocono School District from a lawsuit filed by the boy's parents, Elizabeth and William Robinson.
