Rep. Mark Takano, D-Riverside, and Republican challenger Steve Adams are set to appear at a "Good Morning Riverside" breakfast meeting next week. The event featuring the candidates for the 41st Congressional District starts at 7 a.m. Oct. 9 at the The Mission Inn in Riverside.
