One of the top figures in President Barack Obama's administration will visit Fort Hays State University for a presentation at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 3 in Beach/Schmidt Performing Arts Center to kick off the second annual Keith Sebelius Lecture Series. Jay Carney, the president's former press secretary, served from January 2011 until he resigned in June.
