Blacks still divided, many undecided in key Chicago mayoral race

With less than a week before the election, many Black voters have yet to decide whether they will support a second term for Rahm Emanuel, or make his challenger Cook County Board Commissioner Jesus "Chuy" Garcia the first Latino mayor in the city's history. In the nation's third most populous city, Latinos represent nearly a third of the population, yet despite Garcia's overwhelmingly large level of support amongst Latinos, recent polls suggest he still has an uphill climb to become the city's first Latino mayor.
