Tom Petters returning to court in hopes of a lighter sentence

The fraud mastermind goes back to federal court this week to argue that he'd have taken a plea deal for 30 years, rather than be sentenced to 50. Tom Petters returns to federal courtroom 7A in St. Paul this week in an attempt to shorten his prison sentence by 20 years.
