State extends high-risk insurance pool due to Obamacare complications

The approximately 6,800 Hoosiers who get their health care through the state's high-risk insurance pool can stay on the plan an extra month because of the difficulty in signing up for coverage on the federally run health exchange, state officials announced Thursday.
