Premiums Skyrocket 198%: Congress Exempts Themselves from Obamacare Provisions

In a letter to the US Department of Health and Human Services , Ralph Hudgens, insurance commissioner for the state of Georgia, reports that Georgia insurance companies have filed new rate plans under Obamacare that will increase insurance rates up to 198%.
