Kerry condemns Syria on chemical weapons but doesn't specify response

WASHINGTON _ Secretary of State John Kerry on Monday condemned the Syrian regime's apparent use of chemical weapons as "undeniable" and "inexcusable," but stopped short of laying out a U.S. response and said only that talks with allies were continuing so that President Barack Obama could make "an informed decision."
